Orbit is currently invitation-only and evolving. These beta expectations keep the experience safe and useful while the full legal terms are prepared.
Beta access
Access may change, pause, or end as Orbit is tested. Features, limits, and availability can evolve during the closed beta. Do not rely on Orbit as the only copy of important information or media.
Your account
Organizers are responsible for protecting their sign-in access and sharing event invitations only with the intended group. Guests should not repost a private invitation or another person’s media without permission.
Your content
Only upload event details, photos, and videos you have the right to share. You keep ownership of your content and allow Orbit to process and display it only as needed to operate the event experience.
Safe use
Do not use Orbit for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or dangerous activity; to probe other private events; or to upload malicious files. Access may be removed when it threatens people, the product, or the beta.
Storage windows
Free-event originals are discarded after processing and processed media follows the event’s stated retention window. Download anything you want to keep before that window ends.
Paid options
Orbit Plus is manually enabled for selected closed-beta events. A request is not a purchase, guarantee, or quoted price. Guests are never required to subscribe.
Before a wider launch
A complete set of legal terms, business identity, support channel, regional rights, and service commitments will replace this beta summary before Orbit opens beyond invited testers.
