Orbit is designed to stay simple. These answers cover the most common organizer and guest questions in the private beta.
How do guests join?
Open the private event link, add your name, and choose an RSVP. Guests do not need the Orbit app or an account to participate.
Can a guest host?
Yes. A guest can keep participating without an account, then create a free organizer account whenever they want to make and manage their own events.
I cannot sign in
Organizer sign-in uses a secure email link. Request a fresh link, open the newest message on the same device, and check spam or junk if it has not arrived. Older links may no longer be valid.
Why did an upload fail?
Free events accept images up to 30 MB and videos up to 500 MB or one minute. The event upload window closes seven days after the gathering ends, and storage limits still apply.
How long are memories kept?
Free-event memories remain available for 30 days after the event ends. Save anything you want to keep before that date. Eligible Orbit Plus events may receive a longer window.
Need beta support?
During the invitation-only beta, use the support channel included with your beta invitation. Guests can also contact their event organizer for invitation, RSVP, or event-detail questions.
